Game 3-04 Ore no Ryouri (PlayStation) - 1999 - Deadline 1/24/24 11:59EST from Spoderman: It’s in Japanese but it really doesn’t require knowing any Japanese to play. It’s pretty straightforward. You need an analog controller to play. Ore no Ryouri ("My Cooking") was developed by Agenda and released by Sony for the original PlayStation. Players must successfully manage different types of restaurants, utilizing the DualShock's analog sticks to perform various tasks. : Defeat Balfrog : Beat the game  I forgot how much game is here. All i remembered from the first time i played it was to not trade your gun ever so you can get the best one, and the little red mark to make that jump. Had to reload a lot to figure out all the steps to to fully save curly. I'll give the hell temple thing a shot if i have time tomorrow. That was a lot of fun to revisit, thanks for the pick!  e: oh yeah great soundtrack too!

: Defeat Balfrog : Beat the game  Very fun game, I apparently bought it way back in 2013 and never played so thanks IZGC for getting me to finally give it a shot - better late than never!  There was way more plot and characterization than I expected going into it, and from videos I'd seen over the years I thought the Booster was like the first upgrade lol. I've got the Hell area unlocked on my save but I was terrible with precise boosts in the hidden cave so not sure if that's happening before the deadline, I'll give it a shot tomorrow for sure though!

Well, I hosed up in Cave Story. Forgot Curly in the shack, used the life jar in the Last Cave and now I remembered I never defeated the Undead Core before exactly due to lack of life jar.

Core fight tips imo: take down Sue first, then Misery, clearing the adds for hearts as you go. Misery is almost more of a help than a threat if you're good at fighting crowds, but when you get the core by itself suddenly all the chaos is gone and the fight isn't too bad. Without the distractions its tells are obvious enough even for me. Note that I am bad at videogames, so take my advice with a grain of salt, but the point stands.
