In all honesty it's deep wrestling/politics bubble brain and just a bit hosed up to compare the two. Especially when the original similarity is that they both have developed outrage audiences which is a thing that describes every major cable network, most YouTubers, and has been part of the media landscape since media. He's the wrestling Rachel Maddow, Alex Jones, Angry Video Game Nerd, Rush Limbaugh, Salon, Jezebel, New York Post, and possibly even the William Randolph Hearst. Finding your audience of psychos and feeding them what they want to hear is a huge portion of all media for all of time and there is some real air in-between Jim and harassing the families of dead children for money.
