Couple of miles. There is a really nice aquarium setup at the Cleveland Zoo and I think they have seahorses.

I live a couple of blocks north of the freeway. There are large horse facilities about 3 blocks south of the freeway. This includes an equestrian park, it's all about a half mile away. Lots of horses, especially during horse season, which I think is around September.
