Right now, how close is the closest horse? How far would you have to go to see a horse? For me, I am guessing the closest horse to me is about...three kilometers away, where the police have their horse riding school. Outside of that, its probably about ten miles. How about you? How far would you have to go to see a horse?

Ten acres. They are spoiled horses. There is a donkey out there too. He is a dick.

Most but not all of the time, people on farms keep a separate yard where animals are off limits. Mostly, I guess, so they can have picnics away from piles of dung.

there might be closer horses, but i am about six miles from a particular, guaranteed horse so in the interests of minimising risk i'd say six miles, OP. public transport's kinda weird so it'd take me about forty-five minutes to get there to confirm

I had a horse once and emus scared the gently caress out of him. Like if he could smell an emu within 5 miles hed be wiggin out, blowing hard, and looking over his shoulder constantly. I sincerely sympathized.

I live in a city, so horse density as measured in road apples per square kilometer is around .01. My mom has several horses though, so sometimes it spikes above 100. My cell phone app which I use to measure this critical quantity goes full scale there. I'm working on my master's thesis in horse metrology so I know a lot about horse measuring equipment.

i think there's a horse pasture about a mile away, if not there's a horse track a few miles in the other direction. there's an after school place for kids a quarter mile away that used to have a horse or two but i don't think they have it anymore. all in all i have p good horse access

700 meters away, there's a riding school with stables and fields near me. Close to a forest where i go to sprint. I'm even closer to roe deer that roam my neighborhood at night.

Hector Beerlioz posted:What does the zebra gently caress? he built it a separate fence from the ponies and donkeys and poo poo, it was always crazy to drive or walk past a loving zebra. people feed his llamas skittles and poo poo and he doesn't seem to care, but you could never reach or give snacks to the zebra back there sometimes i wonder if it died or if he's got it indoors not to keep it from freezing to death in the snow sometimes, i wonder if i'm anymore alive than the zebra edit to answer your question, i think it was probably estranged from society, animals, and loving due to the cost of it as an investment. i wonder if it is better to gently caress donkeys in hell than to reign alone in heaven w/ stripes
