I'm a bit too tired to search all of my catalogue for music but based on your taste in game music I'd love to recommend grad1u52's channel for loads of NES, FDS, Arcade games and more. Grad1u5 was taken down unfortunately so a good chunk of videos are missing but there's plenty here.

Another hearty recommendation is VAL-SOUND, Takeshi Abo's site which has music he composed for PC98 games and demos of newer software such as the Reason virtual rack, etc.

Last for now, till I get up and actually start looking for more granular recommendations, is Jake Kaufman, composer for WayForward. He's made a lot of great stuff but I'd recommend Shovel Night and Shantae: Risky's Revenge above all else.

My internet is slow as balls but I remembered one last easy OST megachannel; this one's more general and has loads of DOS and PS1 games as well—Jiseng So is awesome, check it out. He's got everything from Simcity 2k to Chrono Cross.

This is rad, I love good percussionists and guitarists. How come one of the cymbals looks like it's broken?

Wow, lands of lore 3, there's a game I totally forgot about. I wonder if the Magic Carpet soundtrack is in here somewhere...

If I remember correctly Jiseng So also has Dune 2000 (wow!) and Legend of Kyrandia 2 in the list, which you CAN'T afford to miss.

For my final contribution for the night, have hoot. There's music here for every japanese computer you can imagine, and I mean just about EVERY.

Formula Senki 0122 for SFC/SNES wasn't really a very fun game, but it had some great music.

The Sorcerian Super Arranges are nice, as is Falcom Special Box '89.

edit: while it's pretty cutesy and anime, Magical Pop'n is a very good and fun game with some great, upbeat music.
