Borderlands 2 and Skyrim both have good DLC expansions. Fallout:NV is pretty nice also. Except for Dead Money. gently caress that one forever.

I like when a massive amount of a game's non-story content is behind a DLC wall, but it's at a reasonable price and it's something you'd only want if you really liked the game. Like Borderlands minus Moxxi's Underdome.
