I think we should at least just un-perma Neil Ciceraga. He wasn't banned for pedophillia or suicide bating or threatening to kill the president. The incredibly cool people of Helldump just did not like him. That's it. And no one wants Helldump anymore. Like, is being represented by Helldump an appealing idea to anyone?
