Common Mobile Workstations: Dell Precision Series  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dell_Precision#Precision_Mobile_Thin_&_light_XPS_leverage Probably the most common of powerhouse mobile workstations, current generation includes Intel Xeon Mobile CPUs, MXM III A/B slots, Thunderbolt 3/USB-C Dell is notable in being one of the few companies that gives you a manual showing how to completely teardown the laptop to the motherboard, and will next day you parts if you are in warranty.
