Fantastic chapter jam-packed with little details - Oni girl's quadruple-stuffed rice bowl Farlyn and Laius sharing lots of traits but expressing them in different ways Cat being a cat Senshi's weird but also sorta plausible food-based theory of soul mixing Mighty Dicktron posted:Don't think for a second that Farlyn wouldn't be incredibly into this plan too True but also worried that Creepy Elf Squad is going to be very, very, not into it.

A small detail, but I really like how the Captain's bad eye is drawn, all barely open and creepy-looking. It's way more visually interesting than the ubiquitous vertical scar/no pupil look or an eyepatch, and fits well with the idea that the elves just don't give a gently caress.

Things that are awesome in this chapter: Kabru More changeling shenanigans, Garfield-mode Izutsumi in particular Elf Squad being complete badasses and also a penal unit, at least in part Fairies used as walkie-talkies The description of Elf Jail - not terribly unpleasant, but every sentence for short-lived races is, effectively, life. Our boy Laius showing us who he loves best on the splash page
