I wanna believe that this will be more tolerable than the first debate, but I'm really doubting it. Here's to hoping Sacha Baron Cohen is in the crowd and starts streaming the new Borat movie on a laptop in the middle of the debate.

Hopefully Biden has some fight in him in tonight and has a response to the Hunter attack. He is going to need something more than "he is a recovering addict, and I love him" when talking about Hunter tonight. Have a spine, and put Trump in his place. Playing passively, trying to avoid making a mistake, and hoping nothing changes in the next 12 days, when you don't have any oppo to dump, and the other side trying to recreate "but her emails", is not a smart move.

Fence sitters (if there are any at this point) will be more interested in discussion on covid climate healthcare etc. I think if Biden drops a "look at this rear end clown" when trump is spewing about Hunter, it should be enough.

I think he's going to explode tonight. He's been increasingly erratic, even for Trump, and I don't think his reptilian narcissistic ego can handle listening silently to criticism. Something in his brain will snap. He won't be in control of his actions anymore. I know narcissists, and listening to criticism is something that triggers deep emotional reactions in them. To them it's like you're lighting them on fire. Being the world's most famous narcissist, staying silent while verbally attacked in front of millions for TWO MINUTES, not only once but multiple times? Like a dog can't read, I don't think he has the ability to accomplish the task.

I think there are decent odds for: - Trump's yelling picked up on Biden's mic - Trump storming out or somehow stopping the debate - Trump saying the thing out loud and accusing Hunter of child porn in a presidential debate, and who knows what happens then - Trump calling the moderator ugly
