It's worth it to find the living room of your dreams:
https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/...source=txtshare

ed:

https://www.citycenterproperties.com/apartments/Ohio/Cincinnati/the-williams

Community Description

The Williams is a 52,000-square-foot, four-story historic building featuring 29 brand-new apartments built inside the former W.J. Williams YMCA in East Walnut Hills. Charles Cellarius designed this outstanding example of early twentieth-century Tudor Revival architecture with limestone trim and a slate roof expressed in an institutional building, completed in 1930. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places, and designated a Local Historic Landmark in 2016.

Floor plans include new granite countertops, hardwood, concrete and carpeted flooring, and stainless steel energy-efficient appliances, as well as original features such as 15-20 foot ceilings, tall sun filled windows, decorative fireplaces, beamed ceilings, and a swimming pool with two apartments built inside. An outdoor rooftop area offers relative quiet, extensive views of surrounding neighborhoods, and a southern glimpse of northern Kentucky. Off-street parking for tenants.

the kitchen and living area at the top of the tower

down to the bedroom/den

partly finished summer party room in separate building

but the best part is the (turned off) pump room in the "basement", look how loving cool this is!

it's on 1.5 acres in the middle of downtown Fredericksburg, is adjacent to a park with a boat ramp and two blocks from the VRE station...but I imagine the lower part floods a lot and $1.3 million is asking a bit too much

Potential flooding sucks and the price is high, but it's kinda cool in a way.

Yep, two complete systems (oil tank, furnace, and hot water tank).

Hey, that's the exact floor and almost the exact surround in my bathroom! My house is an old kit house built in 1937, like most of the houses in my neighborhood. I haven't been able to pin down who the manufacturer is; Montgomery-Ward, maybe. i love my bathroom, but a lot of the tiles are cracked and the floor has some stains. We were looking into reno-ing it at one point and wanted to make a point of trying to stay as period-correct as possible. I really love the black and white.

e. I really wish I had pics of the bsthrooms in my mom's last house. She had one pink, one powder blue, and one in shades of tan tile. The tan she decorated with teal accents; It looked really nice.

Maybe look at some place like this?
