I heard that even with the shakti you do get, a lot of the nutrients are destroyed during the pasteurization process. You don’t want unpasteurized shakti, it messes up your gut microbiome and your karma. You get dysentery so bad that you die and are reincarnated as somebody dying of dysentery. You have to either heat shakti or ferment it to make it safe for human consumption.
