and 2142 if anything added ways for infantry to mess with vehichles with EMPs and the really really good stationary anti vehichle guns and such. the effective removal of jets helped too

It was p good how almost every server MoTD opened with some variation of "Welcome to our server please don't move the titan everyone have a good time be polite and have a fun time just please do not move the titan seriously we will ban you do not move the titan"

i was playing dust 514 and it kind of reminded me of 2142 and just how loving badass it was to be in a full APC and have everyone launch their pods onto the enemy titan. and yeah it was just a clusterfuck of grenades but god drat it was intense inside. i mean dust doesn't have that poo poo but as far as a f2p shooter goes its not bad
