Cat Face Joe posted:who cares. what are you currently baking i seasoned a new wok over the weekend and to help build up the patina i cooked a bunch of bacon in it so i had a lot of rendered fat so i threw it all in the freezer and then i used some for pie crusts last night i made a plum galette and if i still have enough chard in the freeer tonight i'll probably make a chard and cheese tart or maybe a galette if i'm too lazy idk
