I never heard about this movie before now, and it sounds awful. It's not the kind of crap that made me mostly stop watching anime, but it is the kind of crap that keeps me away.

I went and saw it with some friends, and we liked it, though there's a ton of plot holes/"why didn't they just do this". The visuals and backdrops sure were very beautifully drawn though! Also sat next to this weeb that I guess invited this girl to the showing but one of their friends ended up getting to sit next to her so he was moody the whole time.
