Is there really a place you can just pull up to called Tommy’s where you can just order a bowl of chili like you’re at a Wendy’s and then you get a free frosty so they can keep the lines moving?

No frosty's )= But yeah it's an ancient CA chain. I generally liked them although it's been a long long time since I had them.
