The VA made me a really nice mouth guard that is hard and was made from a mold of my teeth. That must be expensive. I tend to grind sometimes and bite my cheeks at night.

I was grinding my teeth at night my dentist had a soft mouth guard cast for me. I used it for one night, rinsed it, set it down for a minute and my dog chewed it up.
