Joey stooged to Vince it was happening and Punk got a call that went something like "Heard you're doing ring work, pal. We've booked you in a TLC match on Raw!" Punk was obv less than thrilled because the same thing happened the last time he had surgery. Vince rushed him back when he was looking forward to some time off.
