I kinda liked D5's approach where you could do the DLC missions at any time and the enemies scaled to your level. Though doing them early on is real rough because of either the geo bullshit or Magichange. Valvatorez in D5 is real mean if you're like level 10-15.

She is very popular in both the Netherworld and Human World, as the most badass mascot character.She has worked in various worlds as a news anchorwoman, and at a school, so she’s experienced in many fields. If you don’t treat her with respect, you’ll probably receive many complaints from her fans. And something even worse may happen if we don’t hire her…  … Sh-should I have called her Miss Pleinair…!? They really went more mainstream for D5's DLC allies huh. I don't know who half of these people are. Is Pram as hopelessly busted in this game as she is in D5? Punishing Prophecy + Elemental Force + Acceleration Shot basically passively deleted one unit on the map every turn.

As her Evility is Prophecy instead of Punishing Prophecy. It gives a random bonus each turn. For those wondering. Pram's Punishing Prophecy in D5 has her auto-attack a random enemy on the map at the end of each turn. Combine this with Elemental Force (adds your resistance to a matching elemental attack as a stat bonus) and Acceleration Shot (increases damage the more panels the target is from Pram) and she can clear out maps by herself without even moving or you doing more than ending the turn. edit: I wonder if they based Majorita in Disgaea 5 on the Necromancer class. Makai Kingdom is now fully available on Switch at least, however I found it to be one of the most tedious NIS games that I've played thus far.

Mine was Disgaea 2, where you had item world, land of carnage, some other arbitrary things and just, hard stopped about halfway through NG+ cycle 1 because it just wasn't engaging in any aspect.

Any enemy means any enemy, including boss-tier enemies. They come equipped with all the equipment they had as well. Frankly just having more bodies to get in your enemy's path is enough, your action economy just goes through the stratosphere while the AI has to chew through its former allies.

They flip to allied units (yellow instead of green) for just that map. Control was probably the wrong word. You don't directly control them. They act on their own. The Evility is stronger in D5 than here in D4. As they revive with full health in D5, but with only 1HP here in D4. Still very powerful.
