Starting at like 12 or 13 every once in a while it felt like daggers poking my rear end in a top hat when I tried to poop. Like tears would be going down my face as I try to not scream. Then it would disappear. There was never any blood or anything associated with it. I was too embarrassed to ever tell anyone or a doctor and it was rare enough I would forget to bring it up at dr visits. This finally stopped in my 20’s I think. I’m guessing that’s what a hemorrhoid feels like?
