In 2005, the Broncos traded pick 25 to Washington for pick 76, a 2006 1st, and a 2006 4th. That pick was used on the immortal Jason Campbell.

The 2006 1st ended up as pick 22; the 4th, pick 119. The Broncos traded pick 22 to San Francisco for picks 37 and 68. They then traded pick 37 to the Packers for Javon Walker.

Meanwhile, the Broncos' own pick was 29; they traded it, pick 93, and a 2007 4th rounder to Atlanta for pick 15. Then they traded picks 15 and 68 to St. Louis for pick 11, which they of course used on Jay Cutler.

Atlanta traded pick 29 to the Jets for John Abraham.

The Packers traded pick 37 (from the Broncos) and pick 139 to Atlanta for pick 47, the pick 93 (from the Broncos), and pick 148. Then they traded pick 93 to St. Louis for pick 109 and pick 183. Then they traded pick 109 to Philadelphia for picks 115 and 185.

The 2007 4th rounder ended up as pick 121. Atlanta traded this pick along with pick 44 to Minnesota for pick 41. Minnesota then traded pick 121 back to Denver for a 2008 3rd, pick 176, and pick 233.

The 2008 3rd rounder ended up as pick 73. Minnesota traded this pick, along with picks 17 and 82, to Kansas City for Jared Allen and pick 187. Kansas City traded pick 17, pick 66 and pick 136 to Detroit for picks 15 and 76. Detroit traded pick 66 and pick 176 to Miami for pick 64.
