Yeah if I buy his Axiom 61 I'll probably want to get rid of the 49, especially if you have something interesting that you would like to trade.

Tested and it works, just needs a power supply (16V AC, 2.5MM x 5.5MM, one can be had here for $15.) They sell for $129 new, this one is used but works as new. I figure $40 OBO shipped is fair, seeing as how it's missing the PSU.

I'm trying to offload a 2008 Epiphone Casino, vintage sunburst, with hardshell case. Would rather not ship, so if somebody in New York would be interested that would be fantastic (I'm in Brooklyn). Looking to get $450 for it, I'll post pics if anybody's interested. Alternatively, if anyone in NY has a Danelectro, I would also be interested in that

Anyone interested in a GT-8 at all? I've realized that I only use the tuner and EQ on it and I'm taking up too much space with my instruments.

I've got a neat fixer-upper bass I'm looking to sell. I bought it because I was going to fix it up but it's been sitting around for months so I'm clearly too lazy to do anything about it. It's a short scale Epiphone SG bass with an added bridge pickup and a whammy bridge. The person I bought it from routed out a jazz position bridge pickup and installed a seymour duncan in there. Also routed it out for the whammy bridge. It's tuned to BEAD now, sounds pretty drat good and stays in tune like a motherfucker. I've whammied this thing up and down and it hasn't gone out of tune, even with the short scale and the BEAD setup. Cosmetically it's got some marks on the body, has sharpie marks where he lined up the bridge that could be pretty easily removed, and is missing the plastic panel to cover the back cavity. The wiring needs to be redone, it works now but is a total mess with the solder joints. I will include with it a rectangle of pickguard material I bought from Stew Mac to make a plate for the back, and two pots I bought to do the rewiring. Honestly though if you don't care about doing any of those things the bass still works and is very cool. I'm open to offers on this but I was thinking maybe $250 + shipping? It's a $300 bass and the bridge costs $200 new. If that's way out of line feel free to make offers though. I also still have the Peavey Cirrus 5 I posted about before that I'd take $310 plus shipping for. I don't think shipping will be over $30 for either bass, the Peavey will be more expensive than the Epiphone since it has a case. If you want the Peavey without the case I can go down on the price.

Edit: gently caress me, I didn't realize the pic was so big. I've been here for 5 years and I have no idea how to remove pics uploaded directly to SA. Sorry for the table breakage, guys. Anybody interested in a pair of Calrec mic pre/EQ modules for a DIY project? I got them a while ago and just don't have the time to rack 'em up, so they might as well go to a good home instead of sitting around my apartment looking pretty and taking up space. They're PQ-1347 modules, with a three band EQ and HP/LP filters. The frequency choices are fairly extensive and the high and low bands switchable between bell and shelf. They're in great shape and built like a tank, with Lundahl transformers on the mic and line inputs. The mic pre has 70db of gain which should be plenty for ribbon mics if you have any. One thing to be aware of though-the raw modules have an unbalanced output so you'll need to build/buy some type of output stage to use in order to maximize your headroom. You can't just hang an output transformer on it either, they're not very happy trying to drive one. I'd like to get $700 for the pair (or $350 each), but feel free to make a reasonable offer as I might just say 'gently caress it' for the sake of getting them out of here. the future is WOW fucked around with this message at 06:05 on Jun 6, 2010 |

to amishbuttermaster (via lovely gbs thread), I want your Mustang knockoff guitar. Click here for the full 1280x960 image. I'm located in Pullman, in eastern Washington. Let's discuss this, how much would I cost to pry it out of your hands?

I've got some musical gear I'm looking to either sell or trade. I need to run to work so I can't post pics just now, but I will if there is interest. Here's what I've got: Studio Projects C1 condenser microphone (w/ case) Studio Projects VTB-1 preamp M-Audio Axiom 61 (I actually wouldn't mind trading this for a smaller form factor Axiom 25/Axiom Pro 25 or other MIDI device). Behringer FCB1010 Foot Controller Tascam US-144 USB Audio Interface None of the items come with the original packaging or CD's, but they all still work and were barely used. Feel free to post here or PM me. Thanks!

Achtane posted:I see, thanks. I love Japanese copies from that period. There's always something unique. I had a Hondo LP copy that was in seriously bad shape-hosed neck, etc. That said, I got it for $25 and it had 2 Dimarzio Super 2's in there. The fit and finish was really really good as well. If the neck wasn't obliterated by the former owner (heroin junkie) I would probably be playing it. As it stands the Super 2's made it into my Gibson LP Studio.

JohnnyMondo posted:Yeah I'm probably into this You are correct, these are from the 80s and not the discrete 70s modules you're thinking of. I actually have 5 of those (4 PQ-15s and 1 PQ-10), but you're gonna have to pry them from my cold dead hands. These do sound really nice, though. If you want a rough Neve comparison they're closer to a V series type of EQ than a classic 60s/70s Neve (in form and function that is-they're significantly better in both build quality and tone). I'm not actively trying to sell them anywhere else, so if you (or anyone) decide they're interested then by all means PM me. Hadlock posted:uh, edit your post and delete the old your image URL here link, and reupload either Thanks for the tip, but I'm not quite that stupid. I uploaded it via SA (so there's no image URL to get rid of), not with an external image host. If I had used one then I would've jut deleted the link and uploaded the right image (as you suggested). Sorry if I wasn't clear in my post.
