Actually it's not the most popular techno-sound around here either, which is a good thing because parties tend to stay small and intimate because of it. This one had around 800 visitors, which I think is absolute maximum. The line-up warranted a bit more people than usual though. Tech-house and akin "smooth, rolling" techno is played much more often. Chris Liebing and his CLR team sound seems to be riding high at the moment as well.

Yeah the closest I'll get is CLR in NYC, but here we are lucky to get 50-100 people for a techno night. Even then its all Drumcode stuff. I would love a Berghain night. My favourite Techno is what Romboy/Systematic plays, the melodic synthy stuff, but like the Berghain sound, its completely non existent. Oh well, it's going to make that trip to Berlin all that more special
