Well it isn't a big shot (yet), but I'll repost this anyway and if it's chosen I'll upload a big shot version of it. It's my favorite picture I've taken in this game so far.

I tried to de-emphasize the cars themselves in the in-race photos because the texture resolution is much lower and makes the liveries pretty blurry in high resolution shots (as you can see on the 190E). Your eye should be drawn archway in the Pantera shot, the car is pointed at it and the rest of the buildings' perspective leads to it too. I'm going for an exhibition of the complete scene, not just the car itself. I'd fill the frame with the car if I just wanted to show it off (but I wouldn't because I'd just take a photo from the homespace where you get much crisper textures).

I didn't really see the point in that mode and have largely ignored it and focused on just the Event List. I'm currently 30% done with it and not really feeling like doing it any further. It starts to get annoying after a while. The best way to play this game against A.I. is online and creating your own private races because you can set them up however you want. Any track, number of laps, and you can choose the difficulty and car of each A.I.

Which makes online racing even more appealing. It scales to how many laps you do and it's the same sort of scaling as in the single player, so its really good.

You just have to be careful about making really long races, as the AI will still ram you, and there's no rewind. If you end up on your roof or something.. you just have to sit there and watch until the race ends.

Which is why I wish we got this in Free Play, which ends up making Free Play pointless because you don't get anything for it. It's a good incentive to keep your Xbox Live Gold membership going though.

I'm going to guess physics glitch.. ride height set too low, the bumper clipped into the curbing, physics simulation decided it needed to throw the front end into the air. Figure out how to do this reliably and you could be the hero of those people who have been begging for wheelies since FM1.

Those yellow things on Le Mans throws any and all vehicles quite a bit, regardless of ride height. I haven't had this exact thing happen to me yet, but I did have my Jag D-type completely airborne after hitting them once. Not a glitch, just how they work. Why they're there is a better question.

I'm disappointed to hear that the Javelin is glitched. I just thought I bought a really great tune! It tops out really early but it accelerates such that it can pass anything in C class in a straight line and it takes corners well enough. Guess I'll stop using it since it's cheap, but I was winning a ridiculous amount of C class races with it.

I drove one SSR from the normal direction, while the other crew used another SSR to push the R5 to incredible speeds. At some point, the front end of the R5 lifted and it rode a wheelie down the majority of the straight. Right up until the time that hit my wedge shaped car. And flew for an impossible amount of time. Well my 360 isn't loading discs anymore and its out of warranty so it looks like Forza is going to be on hold for awhile. Sometimes I can get lucky and it'll read after a few minutes of coercing but tonight it looks like it's finally given up completely. I'm going to miss this

In Forza 2 you could put the car in neutral if you downshifted to "0" and didn't press the gas or brake. Which meant your friends could push your stock '93 Civic DX to about 240 mph using other cars, to the great hilarity of attempting to make a turn in a stock '93 Civic DX at 240mph. Also meant you could do the trick and then roll down long hills in reverse, silently, enjoying the birds chirping.. Like this.

Has anyone else noticed that Forza 4 seems confused by hybrids? On the Prius and Volt, using the manual shifting option (with or without clutch) results in them having multiple gears, where the real-world versions use CVT's. Setting the shifing to automatic makes the transmissions work like they're supposed to (only one gear), so I can't quite figure out why the manual option adds gears to the cars. Also, the MX-5 Ultralight is a complete blast to drive. I've only upgraded mine slightly, and I'm consistently 3-5sec per lap faster than "professional" AI on most tracks. It's not a terribly fast car in a straight line, but the handling and grip are good enough that I can consistently post times in the top 1-3% on the leaderboards, behind the cheater cars.
