I believe this is the first time Bryan has put up a free edition of F4D with Todd Martin. Most people here hate Todd, but hey, someone might like him! http://www.f4wonline.com/component/...rn-so-much-more Anyone got an opinion on the Nason shows? I'm not huge into MMA anymore (rip WEC), so I haven't caught one.

Pleasantly surprised. I was out of content when walking my dog and they just talked general MMA stuff. He seemed to have authority when he spoke so yeah, pretty good.

Strenuous Manflurry posted:What's this? I just completely spaced on the joke. It's the Adam and Mike big audio Nightmare on Wrestling Observer.com. But they spent fourty minutes discussing hockey, and Mike about how he's such a great fan, and a rolemodel to other fans in being a fan, and Adam talking about how he raged that the same people that made fun of him when he wore a Blackhawks jersey even when they were losing claimed to be fans when the actually won something. Then in the dying minutes they talked wrestling. So I was going to say "The Adam and Mike about how they were true fans all along and how better they are than everyone else Show." but I and spaced out on the joke.

I have made fun of Adam for literal YEARS about how he talks about REAL FANS versus those bozos or whatever he calls them that started going when they started winning. Its a dumb argument. But I still like that show (it got me into puro.)

If you guys want something to listen to I can recommend the Ted Dibiase interview from May 2010 (I think) and the RVD from January 2010. Dibiase is a pretty conservative religious dude, which could give you the shits. And on the Honky Tonk scale he's about a 3 for full of shitness, and is obviously wrong on some things like the WWE's "Really great drug policy", but he gives an example of cutting a promo and how to get heat and it really shows why the guys in the WWE have problems with the basics in wrestling. The RVD one is pretty interesting. Totally , but he does a great Paul Heyman impersonation. He seems like he just wants to be happy in life, and doing the WWE thing won't allow him to be happy. He's also supremely in love with himself/full of himself but I can accept that because he's got to be a "star" so to a degree you have to believe in yourself.

You ought to listen to at least one Christmas show, or at least parts of one, just to get an idea. Like when Bryan says "don't listen to this show, it's awful," your curiosity has to be piqued at least a little. Then you listen to it, and well, he was right.

The 2009 Christmas show was god awful though. They tried too hard.
