On the topic of SWF, Dshban, are your co-hosts completely incapable of thinking, or are they just pretending to be stupid? Joe seems to have no concept of how to structure an argument, and he is even worse at understanding anything you say. It is getting exceedingly annoying to listen to him ramble on about the Rock when he then has no idea what he is talking about. Does he just not understand the concept of a metaphor?

I pretty much listen to the show for your opinions on things, since you are the only one with decent ones. Otherwise you have a host who can't think, a drunk who does not know how to spell culminate or pronounce eviscerate, and a poet who can't read.

Yay! Thanks. Yeah, when I was a listener, I always broke it up into bits and pieces over the week. We're not really trying to be a bastion of journalism and breaking news, luckily.

Joe's arguments are odd sometimes, certainly. I often feel as frustrated as you must. I don't know what's going on there. Larry I understand because he does drink quite a bit during the show so by Raw he's repeating himself and stumbling over things - but then I get to be the grammar nazi, which is fun. And Baddie is good, as they say. He's doing a lot of poetry stuff out and about at the moment which I feel means he's getting better on the show, the few times he can make it at the moment (since he's the only one with a normal job).

It amazes me that album doesn't get more attention from wrestling fans. I know it is a bit obscure, but it is basically everything wrestling fans love:

1. Terry Funk
2. Hating School
3. ROCK N ROLL

Oddly enough, just a few days ago I was listening to a B&V episode from 2009, and they played Kamala's song. Bryan didn't know what it was before he started playing it, said it was 5 minutes only but would only play a minute of it, and then it came on and he absolutely lost his mind.

Join us as we suffer through one of the most notoriously awful shows in WWF history. There are togas! Bullshit finishes! Elephants! Title changes! Botches! And worst of all: Tatanka!

We strongly encourage those of you who don't have access to WM9 on DVD to watch the show along with us; not only will you understand why we randomly gasp or laugh, it'll make the occasional ten seconds of dead air that much more passable. I've left the show up as a playlist in my Synchtube room, or you can watch it on YouTube via these links:

It's also interesting to hear them talk about Regal's impact on Nigel, and how no older wrestlers have really taken Colt under their wing so far. Which is odd, because you'd think an athletic guy who doesn't do crazy highspots and tries to entertain the fans would be someone they'd like.

I dunno if anyone else hear has listened to the Justin Shapiroshow (http://www.thecubsfan.com/tag/justin-shapiro/) but he has a pretty interesting theory that kind of relates to this. The newer generation of wrestlers (people who started after the attitude era and got their start through the indy scene or modern WWE developmental) are generally better as "real people" than the previous generation before them, who were for the most part a bunch of sociopathic carnys. This may be better for all of the wrestlers personally, but it may not make for a better wrestling product. Now not everyone fits that stereotype (Mick Foley, CM Punk) but I tend to agree with him.

That's probably the best you can do. Just try to post it in as many places as you can, without being a shill about it. People tend to tune out when some random dude comes out of nowhere trying to sell them on something.

If you do a good job and are consistent about doing updates, eventually people will like it and word of mouth should spread.
