It's a simple design, doesn't have all sorts of silly patterns on it and it's in one colour, making it hard to gently caress up like Nike did with the Barcelona one. The shittiness of a shirt is often directly proportional to how complicated the design is.

The problem with the Barcelona shirt is that it is too simple. They could have incorporated a gradient within a more complex design with stripes or whatever and it could have looked good. Instead all they did was take a solid blue shirt template and stick a red tick in the middle of the gradient window. So it's basically totally unlike the traditional stripes yet also completely lazy as gently caress. I assume Barcelona was given some choices though, so it's their drat fault. Inter have been with Nike forever and they've never let something like that go out.

I don't mind the Man City away shirt, but its hard to top their black/red ones. Frankly, after the Barca horror show, its hard for another team to crap the bed the way they did (although I'm sure Nike will try). Also, as a reminder, here's Madrid's kit for next year:
