Are those wings coming out of her eyes? Wires? Are those even her eyes? Where is the face? And where the hell was her ether-pidgeon resting? A few interesting details i noticed: The metal is rusty but looks in working condition, except on the face, which is covered in cracks (some kind of paralel to Annie's mask). Well, we know why Tom's been silent for most of the chapter. Just when we'd started pegging Kat down as the mundane anchor of the two, we have this pop up in front of us  E: Tea-san I'd buy this as a poster or print or wall scroll or loving anything in a heartbeat.

The bird features are pretty distinctive.  They look like they're modeled after the ibis.
