At the start of Fight Club when The Narrator is stuck at the airport, he watches Tyler jump in a sporty looking car and drive off. That background goes out of focus and a person runs up and goes "Hey my car!" Probably my favourite Fight Club moment is when when Tyler deliberately crashes the car. During that scene Tyler is in the driver's seat and The Narrator is in the passenger side. During the crash the car flips over, and when The Narrator is pulled out of the car, he is pulled by Tyler from the driver's seat.

Pretty similar to The Sixth Sense where no one interacts with Bruce Willis' character save the kid who sees ghosts, after Bruce is shot. The scene that comes right to mind is when he's sitting down waiting for Cole to get home, the kid walks into the room with his mother in the kitchen, and there's nothing from the mom about the man waiting for Cole; she doesn't know he's there because he's a ghost. Do I really need to spoil that?

Re: Kill Bill 2... Prior to their first fight, Pei Mei tells the Bride that if she lands a single blow, he'll kneel and call her master (or something like that). Doesn't she do exactly that at 2:25 in this clip? http://youtu.be/21mzWdfHnwg This has always bothered me...sure seems like she landed a blow, so why didn't that end the fight? However, Pei Mei is set up from the jump to be a complete prick, so it wouldn't surprise me that he went back on his word, but it seems like an odd thing to throw in there...

It infects desktop files and can cause system crashes, anomalous behavior, and printing problems. It is obsolete now and was mostly harmless. It should be noted that "C:" relates to MS-DOS and MS-Windows. These two are probably unrelated, but I'm a huge fan of Band of Brothers so I thought I would include it anyway. While in the car to Tom's party, Peter, played by Ron Livingston mentions to Joanna that the Nazis had "pieces of flair" they made Jews wear. In Band of Brothers, Livingston's character of Lewis Nixon assists in the liberation a Nazi concentration camp.

I'm probably going to butcher this but my favorite part of the Kill Bill movies is how the action changes based on what country the Bride is in. When she's in America(Copperhead, Elle) the fights tend to be brutal knockdown, drag out brawls with improvised weapons, people getting thrown into tables and walls, and basically destroying whatever set they're in. The American scenes are also where you're more likely to see someone just shooting the target instead of risking going into hand to hand combat(the wedding massacre, Budd waiting for The Bride with a loaded shotgun.) When the Bride hits Japan to track down O-Ren she fights the Crazy 88 in a style very reminiscent of samurai films. Highly choreographed scenes of the hero taking down multitudes of enemies with single sword strikes that kill or otherwise disable her opponents, accompanied by huge fountains of blood. China's scenes with Pai Mei are more leaned towards wire fu style fighting and the "fwip! fwip! pow!" sounds that accompany movements in old Kung Fu movies. Pai Mei parries or avoids the Bride's assault endlessly and even when you think she's landed a hit it's just another one of the old Master's tricks. As was mentioned before the training montage is also full of shots and zooms reminiscent of the genre of film. Right down to the orchestrated 70's music that plays during the initial battle.

You fight through the endless mooks then you get to the right hand person. They give a challenging fight while being off kilter in the head. Then they get to the boss who is looking solemn, meditative and other related adjectives. It's a very recurring thing in Japan.

The post about Men in Black III reminded me of something I thought was cool. Lady Gaga shows up on the screens inside HQ near the beginning of the movie. And I was just like haha, Lady Gaga is an alien. What makes it cool is it serves as foreshadowing that all models are aliens. It isn't the same level as most of these posts, but I thought it was pretty slick.

In the 1995 western The Quick and The Dead, people sign up for a quickdraw tournament. One guy who signs up is Virgil Sparks, calling himself the "The Pride of Texas.". But in another shot, we see a wanted poster of Virgil for rape and murder in a real quick shot. He's not a major character at all and no attention is drawn to the poster so I've watched it at least 5 times and only just noticed it. Thought that was a cool thing someone thought of and decided to put in.

Remember Me is better-than-expected but still fairly mediocre romance movie that in general isn't very subtle. But the twist is that the lead character is in the World Trade Center when 9/11 hits and there are lots of little hints about the time period throughout the film. It gets more obvious further into the film but one of the early hints is that there is poster for Change by the Dismemberment Plan, which came out in 2001. They're one of my favourite bands, and seeing that made me go, "huh" and it all made sense when the twist hit.

In The Terminator, after Kyle Reese steals a cop's shotgun, he saws off the stock and ties the gun to his shoulder with rope. In Terminator: Salvation, a young Kyle Reese pulls a shotgun on Marcus Wright but gets it snatched away from him. Later in the movie, Marcus is modifying Kyle's shotgun. He tells Kyle to try to snatch it from him like he did to him before, he tries but the gun is tied to Marcus' shoulder by some rope. Young Reese just learned a valuable new trick which sticks with him for the rest of his life. I love little callbacks like these.

In Kick-rear end on the wall of guns before they get the jetpack there are two small handheld gatling guns. After they have the jetpack those guns are missing from the wall in all subseqent scenes. It's nothing major but it's a really nice attention to detail that 90% of people wouldn't even bother to spot.
