I watched Foley's promo on a chair as well and he did a crying/wailing promo to build up the match. If I remember correctly, Foley legit thought he was writing the greatest story ever. A story he did 10 years before.\ What I find even funnier is that Punk and Cena replicated the Funk/Foley promo with the punch line being, "You're now the New York Yankees." Yep, and they ripped THAT from I think a Terry Funk/Bullet Bob Armstrong promo from back in the day, and if it's the one I'm thinking of, Funk said it was a really lovely promo but the fans loved it for whatever reason.
