I agree, and you know honestly in that tire gif, her hair doesn't look dated at all to me. I could easily imagine seeing that hair today, even though it's literally 15 years old.

Jerry had some weird 90's fashion things going on throughout the series too, but no one really notices since its so overshadowed by Elaine. Kramer and George escaped since I don't think they were ever supposed to be fashionable.

By the end of the series Elaine had some episodes where her hair was bone-straight. It was bizarre.
