It's on the mild creamy end of the blue cheese spectrum but it's a blue nonetheless. He couldn't shove it into his mouth quickly enough (same with stinky French washed rinds like pont l'eviche and pie d'angloys). Feeding a babby/small child who really enjoys eating a wide variety of things is a real, real pleasure and delight.
