i overheard a conversation between "ouya hackers" and apparently the USB port having a cable and socket arrangement is because you may want to change case and use a two-port card that plugs in the standard usb socket two persons talked about it and thought it was a good idea.

MOO2 is free now. Just download boxer and the dos installer and run it that way I'm a lifelong Mac user with basically 0 DOS experience and got it to work first go.

btw if manifesting "errors" were something customs cared about nothing from asia would ever arrive here its the brokers responsibility to get the proper paperwork to customs anyway not the consignor which is what i do. while regulations are clearly defined youd be surprised how much grey area and individual discretion is at work when it comes to import and export
