I think he's playing the strong silent guy so that Parfait will fall in love with him and then he'll actually turn out to be pure evil and use her as a vessel for his shadow queen (similar to Paper Mario: TTYD) because it's obvious Cordelia is nothing to him.

I dunno, I've always gotten the vibe that it was going to just be Cucumber, Almond, Carrot and Nautilus, but it's way too soon to pick up on any patterns. Nautilus is my fav, though, so I'm glad she's sticking around for sure.

If Cucumber Quest is similar to an RPG, wouldn't it make sense for Nautilus to learn more summons as she adventures? Also, I get the feeling Cosmo's going to join the party eventually. Kinda like Cid in FFIV, I'm imagining.
