i accidentally ended up on tvtropes trying to see if some sperg went through all the animes done in flash andquote:My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic. Notable for the high quality (yet full of hilarious errors) of the animation. The creator of the show, Lauren Faust, specifically picked an animation studio that could make the animation look like traditional, and was adept at animating four-legged animals. The movements look surprisingly natural, as opposed to the less natural movement that often plagues flash animated shows.

someone mentioned VfW on IRC: Video for Windows framework. Originally introduced in Windows 3.1 with original limitations of 320x240 video at 30fps maximum. this is what AVI is based off of. think about this next time you ask "is avi a good [something]" question.

I have PS3, X360, 720P Apple TV, and wii to watch Netflix on. I use Apple TV at 720P if it tells you anything about UX

really like netflix on appletv, though its a shame it doesn't have the auto play feature of the console versions. i've had too many episodes of breaking bad spoiled because of that poo poo.

Really mad that apple tv doesn't support the hdmi control protocol so that it automatically turns on when you switch to that input on your TV. Beats using a PS3 for Netflix though.
|
# ? Feb 14, 2013 04:22 |
|
Or also use that same protocol to control it with your tvs remote like I can on the PS3.

apple support already existing standards? lol more like buy someting that they engineer (that is better), but nobody uses.
