If there's one armor piece I'd like to see carried over from Dark Souls to Dragma, it would definitely bet he Xanthous Crown.

I have horded everything I found since the start of this game and haven't really used any curative stuff other than apples and water from the healing spring. Is there some good potions that have nice buffs I should be using?

Just liquid vim. I just took like 60 bottles to the springs and bottled spring water for the entire game.

I love the idle chatter. I don't even care that it's redundant. It's almost comforting. I know that every time I take the shortcut in the mountain range that one pawn is going to complain, "Isn't there an easier way to cross this mountain?" And I'm like, "Bitch, we on it "

So beat the Dragon, was looking forward to the post game...holy jesus this poo poo just got real. Still managed to take down the Wyrm in the Water Palace and the Wyvern on Bluemoon, now it's off to the forest for the Drake. Then farming items and Everfall I suppose. Looking forward to Evileyes and more rooms with multiple giant monsters!

Ok guys time for my post game story. Before I even delved into the last dungeon I was doing some last minute slayings and poo poo to shore myself up. One thing I distinctly noticed was that Caxton was nowhere to be found. I had raised his affinity in an attempt to get him to sell more items on top of giving him the gold idol... anyone who is familiar with this can guess what's going to be at the end of the story. So fast forward to the cutscene with the dragon; I originally thought Caxton was relocating near the Dragon's room to sell last minute items and poo poo. Nope, turns out he was captured by the dragon. I thought that he took some random rear end NPC and forced the player to make a choice, which I thought was fairly interesting rather than making it the obvious love interest. I assumed since my guy was male they wouldn't really make a male-male love interest thing and I even recall one or two things saying such. Come to the end of the dragon fight and I just thought it was a bro sort of thing going on between my guy and Caxton... until the campfire scene. Moral of the story if you want to keep things as non-spoilery as possible. BE CAREFUL WITH WHO HAS YOUR MAXIMUM AFFINITY.

I've finally gotten around to playing ng+. Is there anything new to do? So far I've just taken to trying out other classes besides ranger/strider/assassin which I'll inevitably go back to, and playing dressup because I'm a nearly invincible murder machine.

I forget who sells them, but NG+ lets you buy port crystals and set up your own transportation network. Also, you can challenge the Ur-Dragon at anytime via a riftstone in the starter town, on the beach. Also, all vendors keep the inventory they had at the end of the game. So you can get a second gold idol and give it to the other merchant and get all of their stuff.

I maintain the opinion that the hardest fight in the game is that one room in the Everfall where you have to fight 2 chimerae and a lich that infinitely spawns hellhounds all at once.
