Yeah, at this point I haven't heard of the old part scavenging and such in a while, so it seems like they may have cleaned up their act there, but the problem is that John to this day wants to act like it was no big deal. He needs to make a serious public apology for a lot of those aware of his past to trust him. Of course I realize the little reason he has to care, since the majority of those who distrust him due to that are people like me who likely will never be in the market for one of his vehicles.

How long has it been since the last crazy Russian dashboard video? Here's one from Ukraine instead: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R19pmNTxa5s Lady is "cut off" by a guy in the Skoda at the beginning and goes absolutely nuts over it. At one point she asks (what appears to be) her daughter riding shotgun to give her the pepper spray, and at another point tells another child on the phone to go to school on their own because she's busy. I think that's an early candidate for Mother of the Year 2013 right there.

I've really been loving all the Youtube car channels lately. Especially as each one steps up their production value they all compete to stay at the same level resulting in better shows all around. I like Drives format with different shows, on different days, in different categories. Muscle cars, bikes, reviews, its really a great time for car shows. Added bonus with no commercials.
