I did a two hour trip yesterday doing a tour of every shop I could find just to avoid paying eShop prices on Luigi's Mansion 2 and Lego City Undercover. I FINALLY found somewhere selling them at retail and it was worth it to get them so much cheaper. I was starting to think they weren't getting a retail release and were eShop only!

At that point though, are you not spending more money on petrol (not to mention the time spent) than you would have spent on the eShop versions?

Personally I wonder where he lives because every retailer's Wii U/3DS section is absolutely dominated by Nintendo everywhere and I can't imagine it being hard to find a copy of Luigi's Mansion. Just order online next time.

England. One shop didn't have a Wii U section and weren't planning on stocking LM2 and another told me they weren't going to be stocking either. I didn't spend more money on petrol than on the difference because I was in the area for a couple of shops anyway, and the others were only a short distance from my house when I got back. I saved about £28 over the two games compared to eShop AND I get to have physical copies of the games.

Here's the patch list for Letter Box/Swapnote:

- Take photos and record sounds you want to attach to your letters from within the software. You can still add them from the SD Card.
- Attach photos and sounds when you reply to letters.
- Choose a different ink colour for each page.

Those updates (especially the ink color on each page one) sound like great additions to Swapnote. The US version hasn't been updated yet, but I'm sure it will come either later today or when the eShop updates.

No idea if the Swapnote patch is hitting NA this week... it's not on the press release. Hmm.

Toki Tori 2 already has a bunch of reviews, mostly very positive, with the only real complaints hinging on whether people could/couldn't accept the new format (original games were level-based, this one's a metroidvania).

NA dudes, your new Club Nintendo digital rewards are up:

Super Mario 64 (Wii VC) - 200 Coins
Super Metroid (Wii VC) - 150 Coins
Kirby's Pinball Land (3DS VC) - 150 Coins
3D Classics Urban Champion (3DS eShop) - 150 Coins

Remember, Super Metroid is going to be the Wii U VC Trial game in a month or two, so if you own a Wii U you're better off just waiting for the Wii U version and then buying it for 30c.

Under no circumstances should anyone download Urban Champion.

Anyway, how many times has Urban Champion been put up now? 6 Times or something? Its getting old.

And Kirby's Pinball Land, if you like Pinball consider it, but otherwise don't unless you absolutely need to own every Kirby game. Its an alright game but its certainly something you should try out before buying it.

Turns out there wasn't an ending after DeDeDe and it just throws you back to the beginning with all the tables reset.
