They're responsible for so many of these awesome moments in recent wrestling history, but they themselves white-wash the clips from existance. It'd be one thing if they just had them available on the DVD, but as you pointed out, they don't even put them on there. Anyway, the fact that the drat match involving that original BJ/Jacobs Powerbomb continued only so that they could get the stupid Lacey spot set up might be the second dumbest part about that video.

You mean the hugging? i just looked at my copy of Proving Ground 09 and the Generico DVD and they both have it. The part at the end when he promises people that they made a smart 'investment in Scott Hall' (the fundraising for his surgery) is great too. I think what Hall really needed was a reason to exist - and having friends again (DDP and Jake) along with being able to really communicate with his son for the first time in a long time and the avalanche of love he's getting from the internet (if you aren't following his twitter people seriously tweet him positive comments, pictures and videos all day long and it's awesome) are the biggest factors in this not just being another trip to rehab. It's a great story all around.

I didn't think to link it for whatever reason but yesterday (4/2) was the 20th anniversary of Dream Slam I i.e. the show with Hokuto vs. Kandori. Oh well better late than never I suppose, if you want to watch ~5 and a half hour show... Part 1 Part 2 The first half of the card is a little weak (beware of a crummy Terri Power match) but around where it hits Chigusa vs. Devil it takes off with the only real rough spot being the main which is disappointing given who's involved on top of having to follow THAT match.
