I wish Slayin would have combined the two arrows into a single "change direction" button, but I'm having a great time with it.

I've got my Fairune time down to 49:02. I could probably get that under 43:00 but . The person at the top of the leaderboard has a time of 33:05 or something like that and I have no clue how the hell they did it.

I'd rather they took their time and rounded it off content/story wise than rush it out sooner though, they've clearly nailed the engine/graphics already. Life is short, "late 2013" will be here before you know it

I think you need like loving 4.5gb total free during installation, then it's like 2gb.

Finally got around to playing Pixel People and after digging through the thread, I can't find the info regarding the "money glitch" - I thought it had something to do with moving buildings (hotels?), and googling turned up some glitch about flicking the Notification Center menu repeatedly (but that was it). Can someone tell me what that glitch was all about? Thanks!

I hope I"m wrong too, but if I'm right, at least I get to tell people I told them so.

Can someone tell me what that glitch was all about? Thanks! You had to move your best moneymaker (usually the city square I think) back and forth. Every time you did, it added its earning rate to the total rate until you were making a ton of money per second. If you left the app or put your device in sleep mode, it would reset, so I usually plugged the device in when I did it.

Speaking of Pixel People, I started it back up after leaving it alone for the past few updates and I think it's busted or something. I have all the jobs possible as of two? patches ago, but the 50 new jobs aren't anywhere to be seen. I built the new Utopia HQ and filled it with 3 new jobs but now all the jobs are greyed out in the gene pool and I can't progress. What's the dilly?

You also get a free Surprise! each day at the Veterinary(?) building, and you can get another with the casino after you unlock the gambler. If you have a ton of coins you can also keep doing it more than once a day; I think it's 4 million at the Vet and a similar amount in the millions at the casino. Frankly speaking, I think Star Command is kind of doomed no matter what. Long dev cycle usually means people's waiting turns into this kind of "can't wait!!" hype. Rocky history with Kickstarter and some of their decisions means other folks are probably already looking to hate on it for any little shortcoming they can find. Out and out disdain from some folks based on the PR and oddly hosed up things the devs have said means folks already have a Mad-on for this game. I hope it's good. Maybe it will be... But it's got quite a hill to climb to get any real positive critical traction...

I was really excited for Star Command, but the way they unraveled over the last year into vaporware has changed my attitude entirely. I'd love to play a fun and awesome game, but I will have just as much fun with it if it absolutely loving sucks. I kind of hope it does and they get torn to shreds and booed out of ever making a video game with other people's money again.

Thanks, I probably put ENTIRELY too much time into writing that but I really wanted to avoid the "so why is everyone upset at these guys?" derails, I'm sure there will still be some due to not-reading-the-thread. I'll probably play a lot of the mobile version but I'm more excited for the PC release and the modding tools. Even if the initial game is lackluster being able to make new, custom content could give the game legs for years.

I've just vested personal bets against it and will have to face a reality, if it's good, that I can be wrong on the prospective quality of a game based on following drama and news around it. Also, I am seriously enjoying Lunar SSST, really scratching my RPG itch. Are there any other decent RPGs for the iOS Phone market that aren't square enix? I'd even included stuff like Shining Force (already beat). I've also already played through Zeboyd Games stuff too though. And Loststar/TacWarrior. I really like RPG games okay!?

Does anyone know how to beat the "Destroy 5 Skulls with the Lance" quest in Slayin'? The most advanced weapon I've seen so far is the Holy Mace for 350, but I wanted to double-check to make sure the item name or quest name was accurate. Does anyone have any strategies itemization wise for the Knight? I really suck with him and I can't advance without pouring tons of gold into buying armor. I've started trying to just use the 40 gold range upgrade and saving for higher end items. I hate the flying creatures.

There is a Lance but I've never bought it, as I'm usually spending most of my earnings on staying alive by then. The weapons that increase movement speed help me build the combo meter a lot, and a high combo meter means enemies yield more valuable coins. Forgo shopping a few times early on, if you can manage it, because the shop inventory seems to be at least partly tied to the number of times you've visited the shop. If you hit the shop every time it appears, the cheaper weapons will rapidly rotate out of stock, and you might end up stuck with a bad weapon because you're unable to afford the more expensive ones.
