Off the top of my head, Alice in the Country of Hearts/Clovers, and because I knew I had another manga series based on a game lying around somewhere, La Corda D'Oro. I'd be surprised to discover that there aren't dating sim games based on series like Fushigi Yuugi and Haruka Beyond the Stream of Time as well.

There is an entire massive genre of female-oriented visual novels, it's just that most of them are for the PSP and DS and thus don't have as much fan translation potential. Hakuouki is another example.
