I finally decided about an hour or so ago to finally sit down and catch up with this wonderful comic. And surprisingly it didn't take me long to go through Chapters 0 and 1. The art is really great and I'm loving the cute story and the characters and everything  Now if only I had some sort of dispoable income to throw at the kickstarter.

I really hope Gigi adds double updates as a stretch goal again! She's planning to! Also, less than a day in and the kickstarter is already within $80 of the goal! And we are now 100 over the goal. This is the type of kickstarter I really like, and I have faith in her since the last one went well. I've backed this for another softcover. The first one was wonderful.

Stretch goals updated: At $30,000, the books will have 4 pages of concept art. At $35,000, the books will include a 4-page tour of the Ripple Kingdom starring Princess Nautilus. At $45,000...something really nice will happen!

Hell yes! The book 1 KS was the only project I've ever backed and I'm happy to do it again. And it's even more awesome that she met her original goal within a day this time. Now if only I had enough disposable income for that gorgeous $1,000 reward.

So apparently if the Kickstarter makes it to $55,000, Cucumber Quest will update 3 times a week for 6 months. Considering the last one made it to $62,000, I think week can all look forward to extra updates this summer.

We reached the $35,000, and a new stretch goal was added. At $65,000...Cucumber Quest will update four days a week from June through December 2013.

Ever since I heard the dub of Cucumber Quest on youtube, I've tried my hands at animating something. So far I've animated about 30 seconds worth of footage, but I hope to finish most of it eventually.  "What?! What is this?!"
