Without looking, I'm sure he's on about HAARP, which is a atmospheric observation experiment that actively stimulates air at high altitudes with radiation. In reality this is comparable to pissing in the ocean to see the splashes, but the conspiracy theory goes that it's a doomsday machine used to induce natural disasters through some sort of controlled butterfly effect. Obviously this week the idea is to conjure tornadoes to distract the public and news media from the IRS/AP/Benghazi/umbrella scandals.

I finally moved my 2nd cousin to the "acquaintances" group. He has the potential to be a decent guy but refuses to mature past age 14. My very Republican mother thinks he posts too much about the 2nd Amendment. His statuses typically feature words like "brah" and "main." I haven't seen him in person since we were kids but from what family members tell me, he still basically is a kid. Also, have fun with this:
