Saitama getting punched in the back of the head to utterly no effect was the first time that trope has actually made me super pumped in nearly a decade. I agree about Licenseless Rider getting the credit. I want Saitama to accidentally bump him up to S-Rank by the end of the series.

The other low-rank heroes scraped up a bit of courage via teaming up when they had nowhere left to run. Licenseless Rider took on a giant monster who had just torn a combat cyborg to pieces. He specifically chose to risk his life for others when he could have just left instead. And as far as I can tell, in spite of how he is a parody of Kamen Rider he is just some dude who rides a bike without any special abilities.

He certainly didn't become rank 1 C Class from skill or strength. It's all gusto and being a true hero in a hero's organization mostly lacking exactly that.

There is nothing to indicate that the Sea King is any more dangerous than the other stuff Saitama has beaten with one punch. The only thing that will fly away are the tiny bits of meat that used to be his torso.

This manga has the most awe-inspiring artwork since Hellsing. Every chapter I am just blown away by how beautiful the artwork is, also the manga is incredibly funny.

I think with all this build-up, Sea King has to be the first guy to be able to dodge one of Saitama's punches. I dont think there's a single entity on earth who can block or survive one of those, so the only option left is dodging them.

He even gave us this around the same time:  Being serious though, what is the average page count for an issue of One Punch Man? It's got to be in like the low 30s I'd think.

I love that the kanji on that house says "Shoryuken" but using the sign for 'house'. So it's the "Rising dragon house". Extend upwards and uppercut that meteor back to the cosmos, Rising Dragon House!
