Hell they even brought in force-sensitive Yuuzhan Vong even though their entire gimmick was they were invisible to the force.

Speaking of which, are there any chances of getting a roleplay set in the NJO era? I really want to see Steve's reaction to the Yuuzhan Vong.

Awesome Zack-Lowtax teamup, it's been too long since you've written for the front page Lowtax! That was some spoooooooooky fun from the ol' comedy prancing crypt.

This might be the funniest playthrough I've ever read here, laughed so loving much on every page. Can EPG post the full character sheet? I want to see the Bart Simpson thing that Kurt is carrying

I'll never not love Zack's characters in CoC being too stupid/drunk/high to give a poo poo about rotting corpses or cults or whatever. Classic Cobain.

Yay! I was delighted to see that Call of Cthulhu has made its way back into WTF DnD. The three previous playthroughs were some of my favorite stuff on all of SA. The last appearance of Cobain in Call of Cthulhu fiction that I saw was in the short story collection "Delta Green: Dark Theatres," in the story "Suicide Watch." It's by far the strongest entry in the book, but unfortunately has no Eazy-E cameo.

The best part of Kurt's equipment was the Bart Simpson t-shirt, hands down. I wonder what kind of skill bonuses it gives.

New Chapter of Kurt's Adventures!quote:Zack: Kurt Cobain is dual wielding his tonfas to incapacitate the prostitute. He is highly experienced in the Thai martial art of Krabi Krabong (60%) following his time as a South African mercenary fighting in Southeast Asia. I'm pretty sure I played a dude like that back when I goofed around with RIFTS a few years ago.

This was awesome, I liked the visual of Kurt Cobain menacing ghouls and then considering stealing someone's blood. Plus that these three characters are managing to do a coherent investigation. Can't wait for part III!

I haven't read any of this series before, I don't know anything about DnD and figured I wouldn't have any interest in it. But, holy poo poo, these last two entries have been hilarious. I'm going to read back through some past articles, are there any highlights I should specifically check out?

Yeah, playthrough articles tend to be great. Additionally pretty much all the old D&D reviews are good as the 1st edition had some serious game mechanical issues and hilarious artwork (it's not easy to be the innovator). And of course, learning about F.A.T.A.L. is a good way to lose few sanity points.

My personal favorites are the old Monster Manual/Fiend Folio/etc reviews. The one about the "huge" and "megalo" centipedes never fails to crack me up. http://www.somethingawful.com/dungeons-and-dragons/wtf-dnd-modron/3

Thanks for compiling those into a list. The X-Men one is my favorite, if only for this exchange: "Steve: Alright well when Colossus gets up here he is going to twist off the Fixer's head and throw it out the window with all his super strength. Zack: The X-Men aren't evil, Steve. They don't decapitate and mutilate an unconscious enemy. Steve: Yeah, okay, fine dude. Toot, toot! Railroad me through this sucker."

That was a great ending to the scenario, no threat of an immortal green flame will keep Kurt from his cough syrup.

The only problem with the latest update "Heroes Unlimited: The Justice Machine" is that it was Palladium at its most mediocre bad, instead of spectacularly bad. This looks like it was a "two months to publication time, no time to edit the art" type of failure, as opposed to "Kevin Siembieda wants to spend all his time and money publishing an epic about dinosaur robots fighting blind ninja assassin babes in alternative-dimension Japan". Not, of course, that I am objecting. Especially since it has been so long since we have had an update.

http://www.somethingawful.com/dungeons-and-dragons/gamer-gift-guide/1/ Nice article, Zack - what, too busy writing comedy for a website to go help Syrian war orphans? In all seriousness though some of that crap was eerily familiar. I'm sure my aunt has that Celtic dragon cross somewhere.

Left Eye's demolition skills are truly impressive. She knows the value of a dramatic explosion over boring useful ones. And I would dearly love to play in a campaign with either Zack or Steve. Preferably both.
