Yeah it's weird, if it was a random fan I could see why they'd do that, but if you are Jamie Carragher then I'd gladly take your word Messi really signed it.

I'm assuming that's Carragher's room.

I don't think that's Carra trying to prove that he once met Messi and got his autograph, it seems more likely to be that Messi(s secretary) sent it all already framed.

I don't see a problem with the pictures tbh. Since Carragher was almost certainly nowhere near the shirt when it was signed some kind of proof of authenticity is going to be needed and that's as good as it gets, might as well have it as an unobtrusive part of the display.

Not the right thread for it, but apparently his contract expires next summer. Which means he'll go to some Big European Club since he won't get any changes after Paul Scholes makes his second comeback.

Look at this guy using his left foot to dribble past the defender and set up a goal. Not the United way imo.

And yeah his contract is a concern. Going on pre-season though he should be getting chances in the first team so hopefully it won't be another Pogba situation.

Is it possible he's why we've been quiet on the left winger and not over fussed about replacing Nani fronts?

It's possible but also kinda risky when he doesn't have a longer contract.

Hopefully, would mean he'd get decent playing time.

Although if someone like Di Maria is available I wouldn't say no.

I'm not entirely convinced he'll get that many minutes purely because it's the first year Moyes is in charge.

I'm sure he'd sign a new contract if he got significant time on the pitch. He's a massive prospect but I really dont think he's ready to be a regular until next season at the earliest.

I wouldn't bet on that, but I don't want to see a repeat of the Pogba situation either. Get him to sign a contract ffs Moyes.

West Ham star Andy Carroll is being sued for almost £200,000 over claims that he wrecked his luxury former home.
The 24-year-old striker is said to have left drinks stains on chairs and the ceiling, removed expensive hi-fi equipment and furniture - including treadmills, sofas and a grandfather clock - and caused the 12-metre swimming pool to be infested with algae.
Other damaged items allegedly include a barbecue, a garden lounger and an air hockey table.
Landlords Jeff and Dawn Grant also claim that Carroll owes £68,000 in unpaid rent for the five-bed mansion in Blundellsands, Merseyside.
