I also found numerous stories of carjackers getting busted after finding that a car is a manual. If I stole a viper of all things I'd be drat sure to get my money's worth out of it and go do a little cruise on the highway, roast off the tires, etc. Then again I imagine the list of things I'd do to a viper if I owned one overlaps pretty much exactly with what I'd do with a stolen one. They really should do yearly checks of those cars and if you haven't done at least 10 burnouts and gotten the speedometer past 120 they take it back.

I wasn't going to comment on this after the first picture, but your response points out something terrible. Yes, the south, and any Republican state in general, skimps on health care and child care. Once you take your new infant home, all bets are off. Did your baby catch a cough? gently caress off. Oh, your dear little one has a genetic condition? gently caress off. Oh, you both lost your jobs and can't feed your baby? gently caress off.

Um half of those states are democrat controlled while besides California and new York the other blue states are republican controlled. Maybe, just maybe, it's related to poverty and poor education that have been endemic to the south since the end of the civil war. Thanks for trying to divert a car thread into politics chat dick face.

Thanks for trying to divert a car thread into politics chat dick face. Sorry. It's just that almost every family I grew up with lost a baby at some point in time. The south has serious issues with infant mortality, even among the well-to-do.

I never realized how bad parts sharing was in that interior either. I can count at least 5 things in there that were on my Stratus.

It's a huge improvement over the original Viper interior at least: This is just an opinion, but the original interior isn't acceptable, not even for 1992. The '03 is decent.

You guys shut your dirty whore mouths, I would drive the poo poo out of any Viper, even a '92. I don't think I'll notice the partsbinned air vents and fan knobs when they're obscured from view by billowing clouds of tire smoke. The only death more glorious than oversteering a Viper into a tree is oversteering a 911 into a tree.

The only reason the Viper existed in the first place was they could put it together with parts they had already and didn't have to spend money they didn't have tooling up for a limited run production car. OMG are those VENTS FROM A MUSTANG? Million dollars with this interior???
