CaptainHollywood posted:Judging by the trailer it won't be glossed over - she's the villain. I feel like the movie's ending going to be really sad. Either because they completely misrepresent it and have Travers all turned around by Disney's charm at the end, or because they don't and it ends with a woman hating the thing that the movie's built up her passion about.

Cacator posted:If they were making posters for the fake films as they were actually depicted in The Simpsons, that would be fine, That would be a valid thing for people to do. But what they did is just nonsense. The fake movies from The Simpsons if they were fake made today? That has no connection to reality at all. The whole premise is just gobbledygook. I'm sorry, but these are obviously created in period style, so your critique is misguided and passe.

The clip art movie posters were too easy, but everyone seemed to enjoy them, so I'm gonna call it a win.

I was a little kid in the mid-90's when Seinfeld was airing and I totally thought those movies were real for a while. I wanted to see Death Blow so bad, I think my dad probably told me it didn't exist.

New, kind of lazy but still creepy, poster for this scary-looking movie, Proxy.quote:While walking home from her latest OB appointment, a very pregnant Esther Woodhouse is brutally attacked and disfigured by a hooded assailant. This horrible event seems to be a blessing in disguise when Esther finds consolation in a support group. Her life of sadness and solitude is opened up to friendship, understanding, and even acceptance. However, friendship and understanding can be very dangerous things when accepted by the wrong people.

New movies coming out, liking the theme: Hey Cutie! Hello! Hi! This one is loving fantastic I think and much better than the one with Hanks: And this one is loving terrible, though I'll see it because I love Sedaris:

He probably has more pull in Hollywood than David Sedaris. ruddiger posted:That first poster really sucks but that second one is really incredible, so I guess it evens out? Yeah, outside of the Sex Pistol homage, it also feels a bit like a punk Scorpio Rising, with the leather jacket focus and color scheme.

They were wrong and it was them trying to find some possible way to not say, "This movie really sucks."

Close, it's a commercial for Amex where Seinfeld and Superman go to see "Oh, Yes! Wyoming!" at the very end. Patrick Warburton voiced Superman. It's pretty fantastic.
