Have there been any reviews on the PS3 version? Saints Row 3 ran better on PS3 than 360, and SR4 is going to use the same engine. The 360 version of SR3 is so bad they put a vsync option in it so you can choose between a bad framerate or screen tearing.

No, by all accounts the SR4 powers are much, much more awesome. But that mission may have been the inspiration for giving the Boss superpowers in SR4.

I haven't played near enough coop of SR3 or SR2. Lets post some Steam IDs and gamer tags and get some games rolling over the weekend to take the edge off before the new game comes out. http://steamcommunity.com/id/sirboboffat/ *Modwise I've Gentlemen of Steelport and Sandbox+ installed.

I played SR3 on both the 360 and the PS3 and never had noticable problems with either. Couldn't even tell you which of the two ran better, although one was right after launch and the other over the last few weeks, I didn't compare or anything.

I kinda hated Fuzz, to be honest. It was a great way to build up how hosed up Stilwater is, but after losing a mission because you timed out getting getting stunlocked by bodybuilders, couldn't find all of the escorts or addicts, it got to be more frustrating then anything.

I had a similar experience on PS3 and I did that to it a couple years ago.

That way, next fiscal year, they can show that hardly anyone bought the game is AUS and use it as evidence to get those local businesses to rethink their rampant gouging of prices. Then again, this would only have a chance of happening if the game say GTAIV levels of success.

The frame rate will stutter a bit especially when moving fast but it is definitely playable. Certainly doesn't stick firmly to 30 though. My guess is a 25 avg. I don't think it impacts the gameplay as much as you may think. I definitely think people will want to buy it on PC though. Maybe I'm just starting to tolerate low frame rates on consoles a bit more. Really though, it blows my mind how well the system can actually handle a game like this all things considered. jtm33 fucked around with this message at 16:31 on Aug 17, 2013 |

If you dig around on that site, you'll find that in the re-evaluation of the censored version of the game that got it the MA rating, our inconsistent as gently caress classification board had no issues with the Rectifier, so we're getting it in its full form as DLC just like everyone else. What we're actually losing is one of the loyalty missions, which according to IdolNinja is one worth fighting for.

I never had any issues with Saint's Row the Third on my first play-through. After installing the DLC packs, I started noticing frame-rate drops at certain times, particularly high-speed driving or heavy firefights. I'm fairly certain that SR4 will run better on my PS3 than my PC because my PC is not really built for gaming.

Man, it's tough making a serviceable Johnny because the forehead doesn't go any lower. Also there's only one top with a scarf and one pair of regular glasses and those are both integral to the design of the character.

Yeah I noticed SR3 bog down on PS3 after I completed the game and installed all the DLC. Maybe it's like the Skyrim where your save file gets bloated at the end which causes the frame rate to chug. Regardless it was still fine to play.

Did someone point out to said idiot if parents actually, you know, be parents this isn't an issue? Did Tipper Gore move to Australia after she lost her battle to the U.S. music industry? Preloaded and ready to roll here. The Steam content servers near me were feeling boss: 7 megs/sec download sustained the whole time! Is it possible anywhere in SRTT to go into some character creation menu and just create a boss, or do you absolutely have to use the boss import tool to do that kind of thing?

Biggest human being Ever posted:There any resources you could point to for someone else who might be interested? Last time I was using VPN's to unlock games I used USA IP. Download the demo, you shouldn't need the full paid thing. 1: Make sure Steam is shut down, not even running in the background. 2: Start up USA IP, make sure you're connecting to a US location. 3: Once it's connected, check your IP to make sure it's a US one (I use IPchicken but whatever works) 4: Start Steam back up and start the Pre-load. 5: Once the Preload is started you can disconnect or just wait for it to time out (It will spazz out as it reconnects normally). Once the pre-load is started it will keep downloading even when your IP switches back. Playing locked games: Just follow the same steps, Activation can be a little bit tricky but keep at it. Steam will spazz out when it drops the VPN connection but after that you should even be able to play multiplayer. If you exit the game though and it still hasn't been released in your region you'll have to repeat this each time to launch it. You can also jam Steam into Offline mode if you don't want to gently caress around with it all the time, usual Offline mode shenanigan follow of course. Oh yeah, if you're just reading up on some Saints Row stuff, stay the gently caress away from http://saintsrow.wikia.com/ poo poo be getting spoiled left, right and center even just reading through characters and stuff from the past games.
