I really really really want to like vibe, but it's one comic a week and even then its pacing is all sorts of hosed. Seriously, we open with a single normal night in this dude's super hero life, he loses to a duder, and now suddenly FRIENDSHIP POWER UP! I didn't even know that Jeanne didn't act like they were friends before now. Or that the combining spirits is something they tried and failed. It feels like I picked up a Shonen anime halfway through its run.

Yeah, Vibe's updates are pretty slow/irregular. I can't really hold that against him though, seeing as the art probably takes a while and I'm assuming this isn't his main job. So the other day I found out about Paranatural for the first time because Zack did a hilarious guest comic for VIBE and I just loved his comedic style of drawing and quick pacing with slapstick jokes. I just got all caught up with Paranatural and I've got to say, it's one of the best web comics I've read in a long while. I can't believe I just found out about it.

Yeah agreed. Max can't take on Johnny physically, Suzy apparently has blackmail on him (jumping through the bus I guess?) and Isabel looks like she's gonna put in him in a world of pain.

Have I gone insane? I dug through the archives earlier looking for a page I distinctly remember. It was where Max, or another student, asks Mr. Starchman, "Can I go to the bathroom?" Starchman responds they must ask him properly. The student says, "May I go to the bathroom?" and the next panel is all of the students in class on their knees with their hands behind their heads with the student saying, "What does he want"! while Starchman rips his shirt off and screams. I could not find the page that was on after going through the archives, then going to Zack's Deviant-Art and looking through the thumbnails.
